Dmitry Volkov (born 9 Volkov Dmitry July 1976 in Moscow) is an industrialist and scholar. He founded Social Discovery Group, an international technological holding with central office in Malta, and has ownership in Dating Group.
In 2016, he created the SDG Foundation.
He holds a PhD in philosophical theory and helped establish the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Theoretical Department of Moscow State University.
